Dig & Develop boasts a team brimming with passion and diversity, equipped with extensive knowledge and skills in the earthmoving and civil construction arenas. Their commitment shines in their vision to sustain and enhance the natural environment through every project they undertake. With every project they undertake, they strive for excellence, combining signature professionalism and efficiency.

Dig & Develop Ltd, under the ownership and management of Dave Graham, was founded three years ago after he relocated to Mangawhai. Prior to this, Dave established Treesafe in Auckland, a company that expanded rapidly, leading to a partnership and a broadening of services from arboriculture to land clearing, residential & commercial demolition, and extensive council work. With experience managing up to 37 employees, Dave is well-versed in operating machinery and overseeing major projects.

After a shift in circumstances, Treesafe changed ownership, and Dave relocated to Mangawhai in 2020 to be with his new partner, Tasha Wintle. Tash, skilled in administrative duties and willing to take on driving the truck, contributes significantly to the team. Since then, the company has seen growth, invested in new machinery, and welcomed additional team members.

Dave and his team dedicate themselves to understanding their customers’ needs and is at the core of their approach.
